Eligibility

Orders & payment

• Placing an order on this site is a request to purchase. No payment is taken on the site and no card details are entered here.
• We confirm current pricing and availability and send payment instructions (Zelle, Cash App, or bank transfer / invoice). An order is accepted once payment is arranged.
• We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices and promotions may change at any time.

Shipping & all sales final

We ship within the United States only, in discreet, tracked packaging, with free shipping on orders over $250. Because these are research materials, all sales are final: we are unable to offer replacements or reships for lost or damaged shipments once an order has left us. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and secure.

No warranties; limitation of liability

Products and this site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LifeLong is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of products or information provided.
